By accessing and applying for services on this website, members agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. These terms may be modified at any time, and changes will take effect immediately upon posting on this website without notice to members.

Introduction

1. Member information is used internally only, and all transaction information is encrypted.
2. Member credit cards are charged immediately after purchase.
3. Prices for purchases on this website are displayed in USD, but payments are processed in WON, with exchange rates and fees applied according to the member's card issuer's policy.
4. All orders are processed immediately, and a contract is established between the customer and this website’s online store upon submission.
5. Access is prohibited to individuals under the legal age of the respective country.

Article 1 (Purpose)

The purpose of these Terms and Conditions is to define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of users and NA Media Inc. Co., Ltd. ("NA Media Inc.") concerning the use of internet services provided on this website (hereinafter "services").

Article 2 (Definition of Terms)

① "NA Media Inc.": This website is an adult-only site offering adult content services.
② "User": Any member or non-member who accesses NA Media Inc. and receives services provided by NA Media Inc. under these terms.
③ "Member": A user who has registered as a member by providing personal information to NA Media Inc., receiving continuous information, and utilizing services provided by NA Media Inc..
④ "Non-member": A user who uses services provided by NA Media Inc. without registering as a member.
Article 3 (Display, Explanation, and Revision of Terms)
① NA Media Inc. displays the content of these terms, company name, representative name, office address (including a consumer complaint address), phone number, fax number, email address, business registration number, e-commerce license number, and privacy officer details on its main page for users to view easily. The terms may also be made accessible through linked pages.
② Before users agree to these terms, NA Media Inc. must ensure that they can understand essential aspects such as cancellation policies, delivery responsibilities, and refund conditions through separate pop-up screens or links.
③ NA Media Inc. may revise these terms within the boundaries of relevant laws, including the Electronic Commerce Consumer Protection Act, Regulation of Standardized Contracts Act, Basic Law on Electronic Transactions, Electronic Signature Act, and the Consumer Protection Act.
④ If NA Media Inc. revises the terms, it will specify the effective date and reason for revision and post the current terms and the revised terms on its main page from at least seven days before the effective date until the effective date. If the revision is unfavorable to users, a minimum 30-day grace period is provided.
⑤ For contracts made before a terms revision, previous terms will apply unless the user consents to apply the revised terms.
⑥ Matters not specified in these terms or interpretations of the terms follow the relevant consumer protection laws in electronic commerce and industry norms.

Article 4 (Provision and Modification of Services)

① "NA Media Inc.” performs the following tasks: (Providing information on content or services / other tasks determined by "NA Media Inc..
② NA Media Inc. may change the goods or services provided under contracts due to stock depletion or changes in technical specifications. In such cases, NA Media Inc. will immediately notify users by posting the updated details on the relevant page.
③ If the contents of the service contracted by "NA Media Inc. Inc.” are changed due to reasons such as out of stock of goods or changes in technical specifications, the user shall be notified immediately to the address where the reason can be notified.
④ In the case of the preceding paragraph, "NA Media Inc. Inc.” shall compensate the user for the damage caused by this. However, this is not the case if it proves that there is no intention or negligence.

Article 5 (Service Interruption)

① NA Media Inc. may temporarily suspend service provision due to reasons such as maintenance, replacement, or malfunction of computer or other communication equipment, or interruptions in communication.
② NA Media Inc. compensates users or third parties for damages caused by a temporary interruption of service under Paragraph 1. However, this does not apply if NA Media Inc. can prove there was no intentional or negligent behavior.
③ If NA Media Inc. is unable to provide services due to reasons like business transition, business discontinuation, or a merger, it will notify users by the method outlined in Article 8 and compensate consumers according to the initial conditions presented by NA Media Inc..

Article 6 (Membership Registration)

① To apply for membership, a user must fill out the membership information as prescribed by NA Media Inc. and indicate agreement with these terms.
② NA Media Inc. will approve users who have applied for membership unless they meet any of the following criteria: 
- Application under another person's name
- False information, missing entries, or errors in the registration
- Technical difficulties preventing member registration
- Difficulty approving membership due to reasons attributable to the applicant
③ The membership registration contract becomes effective when NA Media Inc.’s acceptance reaches the applicant.
④ Members must notify NA Media Inc. of any changes to their registered details immediately via email or other methods.

Article 7 (Withdrawal and Disqualification of Membership)

① Members may request to withdraw from membership at any time, and NA Media Inc. will process the withdrawal immediately.
② NA Media Inc. may restrict or suspend membership if a member meets any of the following conditions:
- Providing false information during registration
- Failing to pay for goods purchased on NA Media Inc. or debts related to NA Media Inc. services by the due date
- Disrupting other users’ access to NA Media Inc. or misusing their information, thus disturbing the order of e-commerce
- Using NA Media Inc. services for illegal activities, activities prohibited by these terms, or acts against public morals
③ If NA Media Inc. disqualifies a member, the member has a seven-day opportunity to present a defense. This is to prevent unintended deletion of member information. If no intent to defend is shown or the defense opportunity is ignored, NA Media Inc. will cancel the membership.

Article 8 (Notices to Members)

① NA Media Inc. may notify members via the email address provided in advance by the member.
② For notices to a large number of unspecified members, NA Media Inc. may substitute individual notifications by posting a notice on its bulletin board for at least one week. However, for significant matters affecting individual transactions, NA Media Inc. will notify members individually.

Article 9 (Service Application)

NA Media Inc. users may apply for services using the following or similar methods, and NA Media Inc. must provide the following information to users in a clear and accessible way:

- Search and selection of documents/forms
- Input of name, address, phone number, email (or mobile phone number), etc.
- Confirmation of terms, including information on any services with restricted refund rights
- Purchase application for goods and related confirmation or consent to NA Media Inc.'s confirmation
- Selection of payment method

Article 10 (Formation of Service Use Agreement)

① NA Media Inc. may decline a service application as per Article 9 if:
1. The application contains false information, missing entries, or errors.
2. Approving the application is determined to pose significant technical issues.
② The service application is considered complete when NA Media Inc.’s acknowledgment of receipt reaches the user.
③ NA Media Inc.’s acknowledgment must include confirmation of the user’s service application and information regarding any changes or cancellations to the service application.

Article 11 (Payment Methods)

Users may pay for content or services purchased from NA Media Inc. through the following methods, with no additional fees charged for any payment method.
- Credit cards and other card payments
- Other electronic payment methods

Article 12 (Acknowledgment Notification / Changes and Cancellations to Purchase Applications)

① NA Media Inc. will send an acknowledgment notification to the user when a purchase application is made.
② If the user identifies any inconsistencies in the acknowledgment, they may immediately request a modification or cancellation of the purchase application upon receiving the acknowledgment. NA Media Inc. must promptly process the request, but if payment has already been made, Article 15’s withdrawal provisions apply.

Article 13 (Service Provision)

① In the absence of a separate agreement, NA Media Inc. will take necessary steps to ensure access to services from the date of payment approval.
② NA Media Inc. will specify how to use the purchased content, including related programs and usage guidelines.

Article 14 (Fee Refunds)

① NA Media Inc. will refund fees paid by a user who signed up as a regular paid member if any of the following issues arise. 
- The user was unable to access the service due to an issue with NA Media Inc.’s services.
- NA Media Inc. deems the user’s refund request to be reasonable based on customary business practices.
②  Notwithstanding the above, NA Media Inc. may refuse a refund in the following cases:
- More than three days have passed since the payment.
- The user has purchased one or more products intending to use the content.
- The user’s computer or internet environment prevented service use.
- The user requests a refund without specific reason after payment.

Article 15 (Service Withdrawal)

① Users who have entered into a content usage contract with NA Media Inc. may withdraw from the service within three days of approval. However, this is subject to Article 14, and the cost for used days will be deducted before the refund.
② If the user finds the provided content or service unsatisfactory, they may request service withdrawal within the same three-day period.
③ If a user justifiably requests service withdrawal, NA Media Inc. will promptly request the payment provider to cancel or adjust the charges on the user’s credit card or electronic payment method.

Article 16 (Service Withdrawal Refund Criteria)

① If a minor requests to withdraw from a contract made without parental consent, NA Media Inc. will cancel the contract without exception and fully refund the fees paid, with no claim for unpaid fees or penalties.
② In cases of false or exaggerated advertising that leads to a contract, NA Media Inc. will promptly accept the user’s request for withdrawal and provide a full refund if deemed reasonable according to service usage regulations.
③ For continuous contracts lasting more than one month, NA Media Inc. will refund the amount equivalent to the usage period and deduct 10% of the total fee if the contract is terminated due to the user’s fault. If the cancellation is requested within ten days of contract formation or the start of service, NA Media Inc. will only deduct the amount for the days used without a penalty.
④ If the service is interrupted for more than three days, or if interruptions or malfunctions total over 72 hours within a month, NA Media Inc. will allow contract termination and refund the fee for the remaining period. However, this excludes interruption times resulting from unavoidable events (such as natural disasters) or those due to prior notice or NA Media Inc.’s non-negligent actions.

Article 17 (Protection of Personal Information)

① NA Media Inc. collects only the minimum information necessary to fulfill purchase contracts, requiring the following mandatory information, with other details being optional:
- Nickname
- Desired ID [Email address] (for members)
- Password (for members)
② NA Media Inc. obtains users' consent before collecting personally identifiable information.
③ Collected personal information will not be used for purposes other than those agreed upon or shared with third parties without user consent, for which NA Media Inc. is fully responsible. However, exceptions apply in the following cases:
- Sharing with delivery companies for necessary information (name, address, phone number) for delivery purposes
- Providing anonymized data for statistical, academic, or market research purposes
- Necessary for payment settlement for transactions
- Verification of identity to prevent fraud
- As required by law or for other unavoidable legal reasons
④ In cases requiring consent per paragraphs 2 and 3, NA Media Inc. must inform users of the identity of the personal information manager (affiliation, name, contact information), the purpose of data collection and usage, and any information regarding third-party data provision (recipient, purpose, and content). Users may withdraw their consent at any time.
⑤ Users may view and request corrections to their personal information at any time, and NA Media Inc. must respond promptly. If a user requests correction, NA Media Inc. will not use the personal information until the correction is complete.
⑥ To protect personal information, NA Media Inc. limits the number of personnel who can manage such information and takes full responsibility for any losses resulting from theft, loss, leak, or alteration of users' personal information, including credit card and bank account details.
⑦ NA Media Inc. and any third parties receiving personal information will destroy the data without delay once the intended purpose has been achieved.

Article 18 (Obligations of NA Media Inc.)

① NA Media Inc. will not engage in activities prohibited by law or contrary to public order and morality, and it will provide goods and services in a stable and continuous manner as stipulated in these terms.
② NA Media Inc. must establish a security system to protect users' personal information (including credit information) for safe internet use.
③ NA Media Inc. is liable to compensate users for damages resulting from misleading or false advertising about goods or services, as outlined in the Act on Fair Labeling and Advertising.
④ NA Media Inc. will not send unsolicited, profit-driven advertising emails to users.




Article 19 (Member's Responsibility for ID and Password)

① Except as provided in Article 17, members are responsible for managing their ID and password.
② Members must not allow third parties to use their ID or password.
③ If a member's ID or password is stolen or known to be used by a third party, they must immediately notify NA Media Inc. and follow any provided guidance.

Article 20 (User Obligations)

NA Media Inc.'s website includes age-restricted material, including nudity and explicit sexual content. Users acknowledge and agree to the explicit nature of this content and agree to comply with these terms. Users under the adult age in their location may not access this material and may be asked to verify their age.
Users must not engage in the following prohibited actions, and NA Media Inc. reserves the right to limit service use for violations.
① Registering false information during application or modification
② Using another person’s information
③ Altering information posted by NA Media Inc.
④ Transmitting or posting unauthorized information (such as computer programs) not specified by NA Media Inc.
⑤ Infringing on NA Media Inc.’s or a third party's intellectual property rights
⑥ Defaming NA Media Inc. or interfering with its operations or those of a third party
⑦ Posting obscene, violent messages, images, audio, or other information contrary to public order on NA Media Inc.’s platform
⑧ Generating increased traffic to disrupt NA Media Inc.’s site operations
⑨ Attempting access if under 18 years of age or if you are not adult in your country

Article 21 (Copyright Ownership and Usage Restrictions)

① The copyright and other intellectual property rights of works created by NA Media Inc. belong to NA Media Inc..
- Without prior permission from NA Media Inc., it is prohibited to modify, copy, distribute, publish, display, sell, or use NA Media Inc.’s service content in any direct or indirect manner, including for merchandise production, internet, mobile, database, or various information services.
② When members post content on NA Media Inc.’s service, they must ensure it does not infringe upon third-party intellectual property rights by following these guidelines:
- If a quote is included in the content of a post, if the quote is not partially referenced in the opinions of members or users, but is the center of the content, it is copyright infringement even if the source is revealed. Therefore, you should not post your creation without the express consent of the original copyright holder.
- Posting, reprinting, copying, redistributing, modifying, or selling all or part of another creator’s content without their explicit consent is considered copyright infringement, even with a source citation. Members should refrain from posting or selling such content without permission.
- If a posted item by a member or affiliate company is disputed by a third party due to copyright infringement, defamation, obscenity, or other reasons, NA Media Inc. may temporarily remove the item. After a legal resolution (such as through litigation or agreement) between the complainant and the poster, NA Media Inc. may restore the item upon request. NA Media Inc. is not liable for legal disputes between members, third parties, or affiliates.

Article 22 (Service Disclaimers)

① NA Media Inc. is not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure events, such as natural disasters or war.
② NA Media Inc. is not responsible for any service disruptions or damages caused by members’ own actions.
③ NA Media Inc. is exempt from liability when service interruptions are due to telecommunication service providers halting or improperly providing service.
④ NA Media Inc. is not liable for damages caused by essential maintenance, replacement, regular inspections, or construction related to service facilities.
⑤ Members are responsible for maintaining the security of required registration items (e.g., phone number, email, and password), and NA Media Inc. is not liable for damages resulting from intentional or negligent disclosure of a member.
⑥ NA Media Inc. is not liable for damages due to members’ computer errors or if members inaccurately register personal or email information.
⑦ NA Media Inc. has no obligation to intervene in disputes between members or between members and third parties arising from the service and is not liable for related damages.
⑧ NA Media Inc. is not responsible for the validity, appropriateness, legal compliance, or copyright adherence of content on linked or affiliated websites (other online sites) and is not liable for any resulting damages.

Article 23 (Dispute Resolution)

①  NA Media Inc. has a compensation processing organization to handle legitimate user feedback and complaints, and to provide compensation for any damages.
② NA Media Inc. gives priority to processing complaints and feedback submitted by users. If immediate processing is challenging, NA Media Inc. will inform the user of the reason and processing schedule.
③ For e-commerce disputes between NA Media Inc. and users, if users request dispute mediation, NA Media Inc. will comply with mediation by the Korean Fair-Trade Commission or other dispute resolution bodies designated by city or provincial authorities.
④ f NA Media Inc.’s content is commercially reused or supplied to third parties for profit, NA Media Inc. may claim copyright royalties through legal representation and file a suit under the Copyright Act to claim damages if necessary.

Article 24 (Jurisdiction and Governing Law)

① Any litigation arising from e-commerce disputes between NA Media Inc. and users shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Korean courts, in accordance with international private law. Jurisdiction over international cases shall be exercised by Korean courts, and at the time of filing, the user shall bring the case to a court within Korea's jurisdiction.
② Korean law applies to all e-commerce lawsuits filed between NA Media Inc. and users.
